Robb Hutchison is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Proficient Health. In this role, he leads the company’s vision, strategy, and growth, with a focus on improving how patient referrals are managed across healthcare networks.

A seasoned healthcare executive with over 25 years of experience, he has tackled some of the industry’s most persistent challenges—improving access to medical records and bridging the communication gaps that exist across healthcare systems and their provider communities.

Prior to Proficient Health, Robb founded and co-founded four successful healthcare ventures, including ProviderLink, which was later acquired by Compuware.

Robb holds a Master of Health Administration (MHA) from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Elizabeth “Liddy” Hall is Senior Counsel at Proficient Health. In this role, she provides legal and strategic guidance to support the company’s growth, partnerships, and regulatory alignment.

She brings experience in business and healthcare law, with prior roles at Hagan, Davis, Mangum, Barrett, Langley & Hale and Nexsen Pruet, advising organizations on complex legal and regulatory matters.

Liddy holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from Davidson College.

Sandra Woodlief is Fractional Chief Marketing & Communications Officer at Proficient Health. In this role, she leads market positioning, go-to-market strategy, and growth initiatives aligned to the company’s next phase of expansion.

A strategic marketing executive with more than two decades of experience across life sciences, healthcare, and technology, she has led transformative growth initiatives for global organizations.

Prior to Proficient Health, Sandra held senior leadership roles at IQVIA, and served as Chief Marketing & Communications Officer at CenExel Clinical Research and Global Head of Marketing at Median Technologies.

Sandra holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Aditi Parashar is Senior Director of Product & Innovation at Proficient Health. In this role, she leads product strategy and guides the evolution of the platform to meet the demands of complex healthcare environments.

She brings experience across healthcare and digital product development, including prior roles at WebMD and high-growth technology companies, with a focus on building scalable, user-centered solutions.

Aditi holds a degree in Electronics Engineering from Dwarkadas J. Sanghvi College of Engineering and completed executive education in Product Strategy at the Kellogg School of Management.

Rebecca Shelton is Sr. Director of Client Strategy and Delivery at Proficient Health. In this role, she oversees implementation, support, and account management to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience.

Her background includes public accounting at KPMG and experience in early SaaS environments, where she helped build scalable support models and contributed to high-growth organizations across the U.S. and Europe.

Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Professional Accountancy (BPA) from Mississippi State University.
