Robb Hutchison is Founder and CEO of Proficient Health. Proficient Health is a healthcare information services company that designs custom workflow solutions and web-based software applications for the secure and efficient exchange of patient information.

Robb has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry. As an industry executive, Robb has tackled some of the industry’s toughest challenges – improving access to medical records and bridging the communication gaps that plague healthcare systems and their provider communities. Robb founded and co-founded 4 successful healthcare-related ventures during the past 15 years, most notably ProviderLink, which was later acquired by Compuware, Inc.

Jeff leads the Product Management and Client Services functions. He joined Proficient Health with the MD Interconnect acquisition in July of 2019, where he led all Technology and Product Development. He is an accomplished senior technology executive with significant experience in both Fortune1000 and startup environments.

He began with a 15-year career with IBM and has continued his work in venture capital-backed companies with multiple successful exits. He has over three decades of technology leadership experience across a number of industries including systems management (IBM/Tivoli Systems), internet add serving (Engage Technologies), mobile content (Motricity), internet self-publishing (Lulu.com), public/private/hybrid cloud solutions (Hosted Solutions), internet of things (Consert), Music Tech (MasterChannel) and HealthCare Tech (Health Decisions and MD Interconnect).

Liddy provides expert legal advice to Proficient Health as we grow our business and serve healthcare providers. She previously was an associate at Hagan, Davis, Mangum, Barrett, Langley & Hale – specializing in business and tax law, estate planning and estate administration. She also has worked at Nexsen Pruet Adams Kleemeier and at Adams Kleemeier Hagan Hannah and Fouts. Liddy received her JD degree from the University of Virginia School of Law, where she was executive editor of the Virginia Law Review. She earned an undergraduate degree in psychology from Davidson College.

Justin is a process-oriented executive and former founder with years of financial, operational, and strategy leadership experience. He started, scaled, and sold his own startup over 6 years, building all financial processes from the ground up.

Rebecca leads our support, implementation, and account management teams with a commitment to making Proficient Health your reliable partner for excellence. Starting her career in public accounting at KPMG in Nashville, TN, Rebecca gained a solid foundation in business and analytics, which informs her problem-solving and value-creation strategies. In the early days of SAAS, she contributed to a distribution company by developing an effective customer service model that onboarded and supported thousands of users across Europe and the USA, helping the company triple in size. Transitioning to product management at a start-up, she furthered her expertise in product-led and agile methodologies.

Erika is an award-winning strategic marketing professional and former Healthcare IT podcast host offering nearly a decade of experience leading key initiatives in the SaaS and technology space. She currently serves as Proficient Health’s Director of Marketing, developing account-based and opportunity-specific marketing strategies to maximize account growth and market share while balancing customer satisfaction.

Erika began her career working in multiple early-stage companies focused on patient experience, engagement, and telehealth. After quickly rising positions, she has thrived as head of several marketing departments, with passion and a proven track record reflecting strong management experience that builds and collaborates with motivated teams.

Aditi brings a strong product management focus to Proficient Health, growing our products to be more scalable, user-friendly, and patient-centric. She has previously worked at WebMD and start-ups in the education/cloud domain. She credits her skills to both the Product Management Strategy course at Kellogs Institute and her time earning an undergraduate degree in Electronics Engineering.
