Havasu Regional Medical Center Uses Proficient Health for Multi-Hospital Scheduling

GREENSBORO, N.C. –  June 8, 2021 – Today Proficient Health® announced that Havasu Regional Medical Center (HRMC) in Lake Havasu City, AZ., has selected PH Capture®, a fax and document management solution to be used by their centralized scheduling department to schedule across multiple facilities. 

The centralized scheduling department schedules for Havasu Regional and Valley View Medical Center for multiple departments including radiology, laboratory services and out-patient rehabilitation. Prior to implementing PH Capture, all incoming orders and communications were being placed in a shared file drive. Misspelled or miskeyed information led to lost orders and delayed scheduling. 

PH Capture has created a seamless scheduling process by bringing all information into one secure location where patients are indexed through a patient demographic interface with the health system’s EHR. Each order is worked through PH Capture until the patient is scheduled and information is directly exported into the patient’s medical record.
