Robb Hutchison is Founder and CEO of Proficient Health. Proficient Health is a healthcare information services company that designs custom workflow solutions and web-based software applications for the secure and efficient exchange of patient information.

Robb has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry. As an industry executive, Robb has tackled some of the industry’s toughest challenges – improving access to medical records and bridging the communication gaps that plague healthcare systems and their provider communities. Robb founded and co-founded 4 successful healthcare-related ventures during the past 15 years, most notably ProviderLink, which was later acquired by Compuware, Inc.

Liddy provides expert legal advice to Proficient Health as we grow our business and serve healthcare providers. She previously was an associate at Hagan, Davis, Mangum, Barrett, Langley & Hale – specializing in business and tax law, estate planning and estate administration. She also has worked at Nexsen Pruet Adams Kleemeier and at Adams Kleemeier Hagan Hannah and Fouts. Liddy received her JD degree from the University of Virginia School of Law, where she was executive editor of the Virginia Law Review. She earned an undergraduate degree in psychology from Davidson College.

Rebecca leads our support, implementation, and account management teams with a commitment to making Proficient Health your reliable partner for excellence. Starting her career in public accounting at KPMG in Nashville, TN, Rebecca gained a solid foundation in business and analytics, which informs her problem-solving and value-creation strategies. In the early days of SAAS, she contributed to a distribution company by developing an effective customer service model that onboarded and supported thousands of users across Europe and the USA, helping the company triple in size. Transitioning to product management at a start-up, she furthered her expertise in product-led and agile methodologies.

Janel leads the client success team which includes, Client Success Managers, Strategic Account Managers, and Account Executives. Client success is dedicated to ensuring our customers are supported. Janel has a Bachelors in Healthcare studies from the University of Richmond and later went on to obtain a Masters in Health Administration. She also a certified Project management professional. Her education background creates a solid foundation for managing customer expectations and needs.

Aditi brings a strong product management focus to Proficient Health, growing our products to be more scalable, user-friendly, and patient-centric. She has previously worked at WebMD and start-ups in the education/cloud domain. She credits her skills to both the Product Management Strategy course at Kellogs Institute and her time earning an undergraduate degree in Electronics Engineering.
