UP Health System – Portage Selects Proficient Health to Bridge the Interoperability Gap

GREENSBORO, N.C. –  August 10 , 2021 – Today Proficient Health® announced that UP Health System – Portage, a LifePoint Health facility, in Hancock, MI., has selected PH Capture®, a powerful fax and document management solution to streamline incoming communication processes. 

The out-patient rehabilitation department has been receiving orders and other patient information via paper faxes. Desks are covered in paper and filing cabinets are bursting at the seams with patient records, easily leading to misplaced or lost information.
