Colorado Plains Medical Center Bridges the Interoperability Gap with Proficient Health

GREENSBORO, N.C. –  September 29, 2021 – Today Proficient Health® announced that Colorado Plains Medical Center, in Fort Morgan, CO., has selected PH Capture® for electronic, HIPAA-compliant fax management to streamline incoming communication processes. 

The patient access department has been receiving orders and other patient information via paper faxes leading to lost or misplaced orders. The amount of incoming paper was unstainable for their department and they needed an organized electronic workflow to replace outdated manual processes.
